If payday is friday and the check is not there Im turning their truck around and heading towards the yard untill my money is in the bank or my hand... if they dont like it I dont care. let the snowball roll I dont work for free...

Well hoss I guess that's the difference between an O/O and a company driver. You have to calculate things a bit more before you just jump ship. It's not just as easy as "turn the truck around". But hey, you do what you and about 85% of the other knuckleheads on here say, and I'll do what I need to do to run MY BUSINESS. It all worked out for me in the end and I'll leave it at that. Aren't you screwed anyway when the check bounces ??? right away a 29 % late fee payment should be applied and a daily interest rate incurred.. after all it is YOUR business and YOU set YOUR own RATES.... don't you ??

 

Not sure how this went south. All I want is to warn people of this ridiculous company and personally to see them go under. As far as your 29%, if you can't get the pay that's owed to you, they don't pay the EFS, they quit paying tolls because they can't afford it, what makes you think you will see one penny of that 29%? Not in this lifetime. Sure you could get a lawyer and pay 100 to get a dollar (obviously not literally), but kinda defeats ones purpose doesn't it? And Mr. "bigdogpile", I also wouldn't say never in terms of a bounced check. Crap happens to the smallest and the biggest of companies. Greed and corruption knows no bounds until it's too late.

 

yea i know it happens but it shouldnt and there is no excuse for it to... if they were penalized they wouldnt do it...kinda like a inhouse speeding ticket..
