I have something similar to that. I used to be a full contact fighter and my eyes have optic nerve damage. That is why I started wearing glasses. Now I am far sighted and wear bi-focals. My eyes struggle to be dominant. I have had my eyes swelled shut so many tims in the past that one eye tries to over power the other one, but glasses correct it. My left eye lid shows more than my right. Something many fighters exp. I pass a DOT with no problem.
DOT forbids driving with glasses?

Don't analize it too much, you will worry yourself to death as long as you don't bump into the wall and say excuse me sir or Ma'am you doing fine. and I figure if you are typing on the computer, and reading articles your going to do just fine
-
Me too. I used to get drunk and get into bar fights when I was younger, same as you.....LOL!!!! -
Well I used to do that too, but most of my beatings was from the ring until I married a red head!

You can test your eye sight @ preventblindness.org. They say you should print the chart out and if you don't have a printer they can send you a chart. You must make sure the chart is the correct size when you print it. Make sure that the one inch maker is one inch. All I did was measure it on screen, step back 10 feet, get on my kness so that the monitor and my eyes were the same level covering one eye at a time. I read the 20/20 line w/glasses with no prob.

Been married to two redheads (not at the same time!). I guess I like a challenge!

Two read heads???? Ever hear of self inflicted injury???
I see a pattern forming here!
-
Guess the guy just likes redheads, it takes all kinds to make the world go around.
-
Yeah, Yeah, it's a character flaw. I'm working on it!
Until the next one that is!

I can see this FLEA on a bald man's head about a half mile away holding a sign that says...HOMELESS
