Besides screen size what do you like about the 710 over the 500? i have both the 500 and 700.

 

A lot of upgrades. And have to laugh because I am sitting here trying to think off all the things when I got it that impressed me over the 500.

One of the big ones is being able to have multiple stops and see the whole route. And you know when you pull out the route points and can change it to hwy view? Now you have a couple more options including complete route map view.

You have more options on narrowing down TS locations including Washes. I know they added others but that is the only one that I use.

It seems to be much faster and have a better touch screen. But the screen thing could be because of the size.

Not sure if I already had the 700 I would get the 710 for the price. But after the initial feeling sick about spending money I didn't need to and got it set-up that all went away.

My only issue is for the location it is in it is a little big. Not as easy to get to the screen as compared to placement of the 500.

 

sorry to hijack your thread OP, but this is the only thread that i could find that someone uses qb to track ifta mileage, to Working Class Patriot, can you please pm me directions on how to setup mileage tracking for IFTA reporting in qb?
