    Article dated July 25, 2008: http://www.landlinemag.com/todays_news/Daily/2008/Jul08/072108/072508-02.htm

To the best of my knowledge, one can't file for Chapter 11 unless 7 years has lapsed since the previous filing. Based on that....they would not be eligable to file (or approved) until 2015----so if the rumors going around NOW are current.....they are just rumors.

"To my knowledge" sounds to me like Mr. Cook is covering HIS butt....but doesn't believe for a second what he is saying.
My opinion? Add an 'r' between the 'c' and first 'o' of Mr. Cooks' last name.....that is what I think.

Come on people....do your homework! It's just so #### easy these days!!!

I saw on here that it was chapter 13. somebody posted it about a month or so ago. Tried finding it online but to no avail. Was hoping by reposting that to get a nibble.

They said it on 9/3/11 on page 12 of this thread. 3 or 4 posts about it on that same page by 2 different people. Have not seen it anywhere else yet though. Guess I will wait with my fingers crossed. Might be mistaken though as they are saying 13 in '08 and just did an 11. Not sure how to find out the correct info on this.

Oh I know they'll move it. Somehow, and I know they still are, they still keep rolling through all their woes. They just change their name and keep on scammin'. Last time they dropped the Hoosier and from what I understand they have been under different names as well. They remind me of a bar close to my home that gets busted all the time selling to underage people. They get busted, lose their license, change their name, get a new license, get busted again, and so on and so on. Maybe it's a relative. Better yet, why don't I just call and ask them if they filed bankruptcy. The way they are they will blow my ##### up like a hot air balloon with so many lies.

All of the "Non-Crooks" in the office know what's going on. They even had one office employee quit because SHE was fed-up with telling lies to the drivers...
    Figure that one out. SAD
