Out of curiosity what are some of the main reasons people get sent home?

    Hello Prime Land:

Tomorrow is the big day. I have my trainer and he is going to try and get us a load out of here. I drove in his truck from the mill bldg and its a freightshaker. Nice truck and he has all the ammenities. I cant wait to get this over and done with. Just to shadow what Bigcheese said the mill building is a nice facility, and orientation is going great. Anyways, will keep everyone informed on my progress and adventure. Nite Nite Prime Land.:biggrin_25514:

Medical issues, falsafication of information, drugs, etc.....

just be honest and if you have any medical issues disclose them and talk with the recruiter. I'm sure they will talk with the powers to be and see if your a go/no go. They might ask you to bring some paper work from your doctor clearing you, or qualifying you for the position. I know of two people being sent home for medical issues. They have to go home and get paper work and clearance from their doctors.

In my experience all your recruiter will say is they are not doctors and prime will need to be able to talk to your doctor. My class this week has lost close to 50%.

Why would they want to talk to my doctor if I have no medical issues?

Your last complete physical w/ bloodwork was when? They may not find anything, in which case they won't need to talk to your doc. If they find something, they will want to talk to your doc to see if it had already been diagnosed...if it hasn't, no big. If it has, and you didn't disclose it....there's that falsifying information again.

You are trying to hard. Follow the conversation.

Ama91761 gave you a list of reasons and then followed up by expanding on the issue of medical issues... Which tend to be the number one reason people get sent home. He clearly states "IF YOU HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES TALK WITH YOUR RECRUITER"

    Operating word is IF

    THEN

Sevendog quoted Ama91761, and responded with additional information... Basically anyone with possible medical issues are not going to get 100 percent assurances from their recruiter and that all the recruiter is going to say is bring clearances from your doctor for your various issues and make sure you can get in touch with your doctor in case the Prime doctor conducting the physical has questions.
