    You see things like that at military bases and other security sensitive places where they might want to stop traffic from entering or exiting.

    yea and it also looks like it'll stop a driver DEAD in his tracks too. pretty violent if you ask me. im sure the general public wouldnt mind though seeing as how they think truckers are all about killing everyone. (not speaking for all of the general public but just from what i see in the media.)

    The whole story is that these are designed for "strategically important" targets to stop those "bum-rush" kind of suicide bombings like the ones going on over seas.... not truckers simply "running from the law"
