I have "scanner radio" on my android, but I'd still like to find out how I can grab all the state police frequencies.

I got caught with a scanner in my vehicle in Michigan and not even hooked up. Couple hundred dollar fine and misdermeaner on your record for transporting it without a permit. Michigan will rake one hard for having a scanner period. Not really right but can get several tickets for just kinda breaking the law and I didn't even know.
