    I'm a typical Floridian looking for a company that can actually honor the hometime agreement. Living in the sunshine state makes that a problem for my current company. I haven't left them because I'm trying to make the best of it until I find a substantially better company. I am NOT a job hopper. I have a clean driving record and I make my appointments.

    Welcome to the best trucking site ever!! There are alot of guys and gals here that have a ton of advise to help you out but you are talking about staying in FL!! Man, I could not get out of there fast enough!! The job market crashed hard where I was!!

    Welcome Snayke. Yep, FL is tough for a trucker. You're at the end of the world. :)
