Western Flyer Express (OKC) still owes me $410 !!

    Western Flyer Express (OKC) still owes me $410 !! Sent in a reimbursement form while I worked there. Sent in another one. They manipulated it, marking things out (like SCALES and TOLLS, on approved routes, with loads over 40k)... and ignored it again.

    Sent another one, along with a formal letter after I left. Contacted them, asked for their attorney's contact info. Got it. Sent formal letters... they delayed and delayed... still nothing.

    And now, no contact from their attorneys at all. Seems like they think I'll go away. They evidently don't know me very well.

    No, has to be in the jurisdiction where the issue originated, so it'll be in Oklahoma County/oklahoma City. Got to go visit the kids and grandkids, anyway.

    Dang, John..too much coffee?

    You know, it's funny - I posted about exhaust fumes in the truck and got a call from the safety guy the NEXT day... it was in another WFX thread. Interestingly, he didn't give two craps about the exhaust leak, just the possibility of negative info on WFX in the forum.

    I want to make sure there's plenty of honest info on WFX as to discourage drivers from working there and dealing with their "requirements". Heck, count the gillion threads on CRE or Swift or whatever... it's ok, really.

    And... it's all true, and they've had plenty of time to see the info, work with me on it... even sent it to their lawyers... before I went public with any of it.

    Notice...i just delated a intire page...on Randy Timms and how to date has ripped me off of Three thousand pluss. A tire just this week 600t bucks. You want to anything about this place get a hold me .porjotruckeratgmail com
    and run...run...run...unless you a sterring wheel holder they do like that...not true hard working get the job done now...i have saved ths company thousands in tire and pre maintance, even drove a truck to a shop whith a air comp. Locked up. What yea backed off the brakes for rob there meck drove 10a miles to a shop to save a tow .then they charge me for tow stuck in a back overflow parking hole. Run from this place now!

    Imstill here at work wfx i guess till they read this sh.t. they have broke the camels back. Iv lost thousands with this co. Three years 180,000 miles... this last yea r...dreag flats. Across state lines for them, thanks randy (masterious little short ....) for the knife in the back again... a tire blow out. On a 2012 prostar...because hes expertise that i never matained:biggrin_25513: his air psi in the drive...the f..king tire poped under a light load not underinflated...not overloaded. A malfunction. The ###### charges me over 600 bucks . There tire. Has u sighn form that lets them deduct for anythe thing.At Oreantation.That puts tolls he has riped me for and towes, wrecker. One on ice to get out of parking! Fuel for wrong trail they dispatched me on and was wrong. To 3000 dollars payroll ductions... over threethe years...drive more miles( two log books) for less money, the wfx way yea!!! Crap about good drivers who get the job done...they want stearing wheel holders... better business B urow says we sighn this form and they are helpless. Who new this form will make them a Prime truck company! You pay for his trucks! You pay all tolls and they decide if they want to charge you for fuel if you dont go the shorter toll or if you go the toll for not going around.
