With all due respect, the student must have proved what he said well enough that Werner believed it. In that case, you probably won't get it off.

There are lots of threads on this subject. Do a site search and read them. You can dispute the information. When they refuse to remove it you can add a statement explaining your side of the story.

 

File a dispute with Hire Right and request them to investigate.
