need help from fellow jbs drivers, is it possible to get off of one fleet and go to another? i really hate the fleet number im on now. no miles, no pay, no nothing besides a nice brand new semi shiny kenworth, big whoopied doo. i have qualcomm messages to talk to someone higher up on the food chain and im being told " i have sent that message for them to call you" , i have asked about pay for sitting 34+ hrs at a beef plant, no response, i have a feeling that jbs would prefer me to quit at this point and to be honest, im starting to really think that might be what i have to do. cant support family at home on 300+ every 2 weeks, but anyways before i make that determination on quitting i would like some input from other drivers as the best idea? ****update just found out that i got paid 7 hrs to sit for a load, 7 hrs * 10 equals $70 bucks, $70.00/ 34.50hrs= $2.02 per hour what a joke. i dont wanna quit here but they are kinda making so i have too.

Tankerman, how long have you been with JBS? There are some good FMs and bad fms. Talk to Darrin. I had a issuse with my previous FM. Talked with fm on the phone and in person to voice my concerns about how he was getting me loads. gave him 3 chances, 3rd time wasnt a charm for him. got on with FM 4. good miles and good communication.
