    Well I have completed my 8th week out on the road solo. I have to say when it comes to flatbed-en ............................ I LOVE IT !!!!!

    I mean you never know what is next. You get plenty of exercise your not just sitting in the truck mile after mile. The company I'm with never lets me sit get in and get out I'm making good money for my family with a honest to goodness good job.

    If anybody has advice for this rookie please feel free to chime in.

    My advice would be to quit that job, find a terrible company to work for where you are just miserable.
    That way you fit in with 95% of other drivers.

    We can't have you walkin around all happy and content.


    Congrats on finding a job that you are happy with.

    It's nice to see someone with a positive attitude. Don't let the mongruls in this industry take that from you. Drivers walk around feeling sorry for themselves and waiting for somebody else to feel sorry for them. What they fail to realize is that they're the only one that can change their situation. Keep your head up and keep smiling.
