Hey all you double clutchers, retired longhaul lowboy o/o 31 years. Retired over 6 years ago with no chargeble accidents or workman comp claims ( didnt i save the company alot of money, :biggrin_25523: )
I dont have alot of friends where i live and Ive tried a dozen different things to occupy my time and im still bored. So i guess the next best thing is to join the trucker report an chat with people i can relate to.
Thought about going trucking again but i swore id never get back in the seat of a truck again, but that open road, bad coffee, and waiting for the scales to close keeps calling me. North Dakota oilfields? that sounds like what i need, mayby not gets cold there....Salty dog

Glad you stopped by salty. I don't know how anyone makes it on retirement these days. Even with a pension, 401 and social security together

Welcome Salty! Yeah, you can kill some time here. I guess that's why I hang around to stay in touch with the world I use to live in. Things change at home when you are gone so long.

It's too cold to go fishing. :)

Hey - sounds like ya got some time in Bro. If ya gotta go, ya gotta go. Why not try the ice up north. Don't mind all the BS on TV. There's some coin up there. Bin there. Done it. Drop a line.
