Hey all you double clutchers, retired longhaul lowboy o/o 31 years. Retired over 6 years ago with no chargeble accidents or workman comp claims ( didnt i save the company alot of money,)
I dont have alot of friends where i live and Ive tried a dozen different things to occupy my time and im still bored. So i guess the next best thing is to join the trucker report an chat with people i can relate to.
Thought about going trucking again but i swore id never get back in the seat of a truck again, but that open road, bad coffee, and waiting for the scales to close keeps calling me. North Dakota oilfields? that sounds like what i need, mayby not gets cold there....Salty dog

Welcome- and drop in often!

Glad you stopped by salty. I don't know how anyone makes it on retirement these days. Even with a pension, 401 and social security together

Welcome Salty! Yeah, you can kill some time here. I guess that's why I hang around to stay in touch with the world I use to live in. Things change at home when you are gone so long.
It's too cold to go fishing.
