shred , I hope you know by now the cdl is oversaw by the feds and all states are linked by a computer data base . So the state next door will not issue another CDL ! And should flag the system to add more time to the susp!

I'll let them live off their federal funds and appointments. They have a penchant for keeping career politicians in DC that are voted out of a job.

Oh I know your gonna tell me they are the "drivers voice". They are not, at the very least not mine. I fully support a time limit of active participation or employment in DC. They fund the exact opposite in their latest few hires, and acceptance of federal funds and programs.

They had a nice purpose that has been perverted, and are detrimental to the crumbling foundation of this experiment.

 

Driver falling asleep is their fault and responibility... They have a brain, They CAN freaken stop and sleep, period.

Again, people willing to drive crap equipment for a buck... it's their choice... something bad happens their fault... Aren't we always telling drivers to have a backbone? It's up to the driver, isn't it?

 

shred in your own post talked about following the laws ? all execpt the ones you do not like ? You have to have proof of insurance ,there are many that can not get it , so the company that refused to sell someone insurance , denied them their rights ? Just tying to find the edges ! The judge has taken your permit , insurance company will not sell you a policy , Yet you 'have' this right to drive ? Oh also the repo man looking to steal your personal proprity . Put on your helmet before you hurt yourself!

 

Precisely, it has become Federalized. If you don't like what it's like in one state... you could move(same as for automobiles). Again, even having a personal license is Federalized the same way. So the same Federal gov't is saying your personal vehicle is your personal property and/or effects (Supreme court) and IS Constitutionally protected.(protected 'right' to unmolested travel)

Yet somehow, your use of this personal property is also deemed a privilege.

Again, it's as silly as saying your free 'right' to unmolested travel by foot is granted, but without shoes only.

 

As long as you NOT infringing on others 'rights'. If the repo man was going to 'steal' my owned personal property. Would he/she not be infringing on my 'rights'? Is the forced buying of insurance Constitutional in the first place? If so, how about Obama care?
