Hmm. Well he has posted info about it in 3 out of his 5 total posts. Just click on his user name and then "find posts" by this user and there is more. He seems pretty willing to speak on it. (lol)

HD Renegade what would you like to know about Custom POI files? Truth be known very few GPS manufacturers make their GPS units with this capability. What can I help you with about them?

I'll be interested to know your results, I seen the Dezl 560LT for $349.95 Friday. Almost bought it!

    Kwantz,

Again, how many other companies care about the driver besides Rand and one other company that are here on this site? FaceBook means that it the only means of feedback?? Rand has a Facebook also.

Rand did not copy anything from anyone. All the concepts in the TND were orginal.

As for a call center worker, doubt it.

If the TND is in warranty, then most certainly Rand will replace the TND if found to be defective.

If you are counting numbers then go back and see that I have been here on this site for over a couple of years for the driver and helping drivers no matter what the issue daily.

Granted I cannot resolve everyone's issue, but I try my darnest to make it right.

At least the drivers have a voice at the company level to be heard and heard they are.

And since you tossed DieselBoss's name around. Ask him next time whom I am.

    Thanks,
    Mark

If you had read the threads I post in, then you would know I do not compare any other navigation units to the TND. I do not feel it is very ethical.

You say you played with both? Is this in Canada alone or over the entire USA for how long and how many miles?

The last I knew you did not own a TND.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I would like it if you tried not to demean anyone by the choice of wording.

I just happen to be Level 3 tech support.

Calling customer support usually means you have an issue with the product you own.

    Thanks,
    Mark
