Tractor---Sleeper Conversion

    I would think the gearing would be all incorrect for a put car unless it was a tractor spec'ed to take a put or progress car . It's also likely you'd need a style go to . By time all the revenue is used on the change you'd probably have been better off just getting a used put truck

    I hate to be bragadocious but I AM an expert on this subject as I've speced out a few brand new dumps as well as rolled over a million on old conversions. Some don't work well, others do.

    Alot depends on the driver too. Not everyone can drive off of the blacktop. I've seen drivers with dumptrucks spec'd from the factory that would stay stuck and drivers with trucks that were in no way made to be a dumptruck go in the same place and come right back out.
