I have thought long and hard about this
http://www.amequipment.com/03_wiper_apps.html
Just fill out this sheet http://www.amequipment.com/_ASSETS/PDFFiles/WiperQuestionnaire.pdf
and fax in then they will tell you exactly what you need.
These look most like my originals to me.
http://store.amequipment.com/wiper-motor-assemblies-230-unitized-speed-motors-c-5_48.html
But they have many styles to choose from.
Hope this helps -
Wow thanks for reminding me of something I did NOT like about my old 91 FTL cabover. Air wipers suck!!!! I'm not a big fan of air powered windows either!!! Good luck with the old White. As far as the KW, a scrap yard should give you everything you need for the conversion.

Check out dirk's wiper systems. I have used these systems in the past for both peterbilt and kenworth and they fit and work great. To my knowledge they have not released a kit for freightliner but after using their kits for pete and kw, i can't see how it would not be easily adapted to a freightliner. Hope this helps.

As a side note, 4 states does have some of the best prices on filters I've seen (matched all the lowest dealer prices I've seen on a full set of filters), which is part of the reason that kit price shocked me so. -
Im sure a lot of people got them im kinda nervous bout online ordering I might stop by 4 states my 362 wipers are retarded plus it has 3 I just want something 2 to go back and forth lol

Did anyone ever find out about using a chevy caprice rear wiper motor? It looks like the Kenworth w900 wiper motor shaft has a flared mount and a nut that holds the wiper arm on. When looking on ebay, a 1992 chevy caprice rear wiper motor does not have this flare on the mount or a way to put the nut on the end. The shaft does look to be long enough. Anyone have a part number or specifics on how to adapt?
Oldironfan Thanks this. -
As far as I've read. Try finding old white/volvo/freightliner wiper motors from the early late 80s to early 90s. Those ones were made electric, and very reliable.
