Take some ibuprofen or naproxen for the muscles, if you can (not against DOT, but if you are allergic, well, don't). Like someone else said, a heating pad. There are some stick-on types of heat-up thingies that you could use while you are driving. I know that it is not the best smelling stuff on the planet, but BenGay or IcyHot are great. Take the hottest shower you can and try keep the sore bits under as long as you can. Get some rest, eat something hearty. You have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to get the load there. You will be out of the hills when you get through Knoxville, and your speed and your mpg will go up.

Now will the girl that dislocated a rib on Monday go take her own advice in regards to the naproxen and shower....:biggrin_25524:

How's your back or whatever it was you strained? You need a long trip in the seat so you can relax.

Somewhere in VA. The Philly, Baltimore, and DC stretch was brutal, so what else is new. In any case, it all gets better now. 650 miles a day the next 2 days puts me in Texas in time for a reset before Monday a.m. delivery...
