Nice. You're only about 60 miles ahead of me. If you see my little lightweight, give me a holler.

Mine not till 1100 on Sunday, but if your load is like mine, they'll probably still be unloading you by the time I get there. :biggrin_2559:

That wouldn't be too bad. I don't even want to think about the wash out.

I'm heading to McCain Foods in Plover WI. It's pretty close to the IL border.

Good job seebs!!! Can't feel ya on the backing into the dock part lol, but dropping your first solo load is awesome! Being in full control of the truck is amazing. Still think about bein in control of this truck, trailer, n load, gets to me every time! Lol I'm a Trucker :) A solo driver with my own truck! Does kind of suck when you don't know where your going lol

Yall have fun with yalls tatas lol

I am sure Seebs will see me tomorrow in Plover. Gotta push today and use every minute. Boy, loading those sweet potatoes sure did stink. Finally killed the last bugs that hitched a ride.

Well played, Seebs. Your story has been an inspiration to me and I'm sure to others, too. It's nice to see you out in the stream with the other fishies! :biggrin_25523:

Ah, yeah... you do. That trailer is going to be a mess, and you need to have a plan for what you're going to do with it after you go mty.

It helps to have a 2011 or 2012 (if they're out) Truckstop Guide... they list a lot of places that aren't in our truckwash network. Remember, you can have your FM put money on your card and write a Comcheck for it. Just remember to do a macro 23 to get a PO if you pay for it.

Well we couldn't scale the load to Utah. Now waiting on a load coming out of Larado to Mass, that we will re-power on Sunday. Sounds like a plan to me. At least we don't have to deal with the freak'n blizzard up on Eisenhower!

Have fun in Mass... I just came from there lol Drove through Boston, NYC, and jersy all on the same day... Least I got experience... lol Only one other person I know where I live can say theyve driven a rig through NYC. Course... to get the experience they could just sit in a parking lot in the way while everyone honks their horn n yells at um... same thing lol

Is there another Plover in WI? I'm not sure I've been to McCains, but the cheese I picked up in the "Plover" I'm thinking about (and double checked map) is way up I39. Nowhere near the IL border.

I've been there, Mcains. Yeah, Plover is way far away from the IL border.

If you can't find a close washout, go next door to the cold storage where all the Prime trailers are and ask shipping about a local washout. Im pretty sure they have info on one.

It was cool hanging out with u Monday Seebs. I enjoyed going around the yard with u as u got different things done to ur truck. Sorry to hear about the issues with ur first load but seems like u bounced back. I got back to the yard early Thursday morning after completing my 30,000 miles and begin my upgrade on Monday. I slept 14 hours my first night here...didnt realize I was so tired! Hopefully things will go well this week and I will be picking out my truck this weekend! Anyone heard any news on the updated wait time for used lease trucks? I heard last week there were at least 30 people already on the waiting list and just wondering if thats changed. I have seen quite a few 2012 Petes and KWs parked at the Campus Inn and they appear to be newly obtained. Would like a used truck but dont want to sit around 2 weeks waiting on a truck and not making any money.
