I could almost understand it, but the only mistake that happened was the driver was near home 2 days early and refused to work. Tends to happen when your a midwest regional guy. I'm sure we could have run at least 700 miles more and been home, you know since home was Marshfield.

My wife wants to know how I can have the power of red in a blue truck. As far as getting home when I need to, that is one of the reasons I went owner/op. While not even the main reason, it was certainly a consideration. With holidays and a daughter who is becoming a vocalist and musician there are events I need to be home for, as well as a very special Christmas gift that only my wife, myself and her band teacher know about. It involves the Fabulous Fox in St. Louis on Christmas Eve and her favorite Disney princess. The point is I need to have an equal say in my schedule, rather than being little Oliver asking "More Please."

I can remember back when they were all red..then they got a few blue ones..and now a few silver/gray and a few white. Maybe they need to change the slogan... :)

I think the silver/gray prostars are for the specialized/flatbed division...I have no Idea why they did it that way...

I was told by my old dispatcher that all new flatbed trucks are going to be silver or gray from here out.

I think it's because red on flats are almost impossible to keep clean.
