Beware of Sherman Brothers Heavy Trucking

I have a friend-co worker who is at their bunk house now.
He speaks highly of them. Said it's him and another guy in orientation.
He is trying to get me to go over an apply. I was in the process of applying but am having second thoughts now when I read these posts....

I have worked there for 4 years in the bag fleet,its not bad,but depends on the fleet your on.multi axle fleet I dont like,cant say much about glass,the drivers seem to like it.all trucking outfits have pro and cons anyway,some drivers that used to work there were fired for wrecks or just plain lazy and never have a good thing to say about sbi,but overall they are just fine and the drivers there are good people and friendly to new hires..good luck and I will look forwards to working and chating with you..

 

Sherman runs ad's on Portland, and Salem Craigslist every week. There is a reason why they run ad's constantly...

 

And the reason why Sherman runs their ad's constantly is they can't keep and retain GOOD drivers.

Would love to know what happened to you and you lease and how the treated you wrong?

 

I have worked for sbi. Dispatcher sucked. Quit after 6 months. Don't waste your time.
