    I really think its alot of bs that the trucking companies wont hire someone for what they did 15 to 20 yrs ago and havent had any thing against them since becaused they learned there lesson back then.

    most of the time it isn't the trucking company, it is the insurance company that won't let them hire them.

    Yea I could see if if it was 5 or so yrs but 20 yrs is kind of rediculois

    Its their prerogative. Given the amount of people looking for work in this industry, who have immaculate records, and or new CDL's.
    They have the pick of the litter.
