    I heard one talking head on TV state their opinion was he wouldn't last more than 48 hrs in the big house. Good riddance of that POS!!! He should not be sucking up oxygen.

    I can verify that, i was a prison gaurd for TDC (texas dept of corrections)
    and i've seen alot of sex offenders get attacked in prisons, sex offenders/rapists and baby killers dont last long in prison.

    Keep in mind that during his wait a governor could be elected who would do what the ex governor George Ryan did in Illinois and stopped all executions. He did this to win the image of compassion just as he was being indicted for CDL license fraud issues when he was Secretary of State. He has been convicted, sentenced to go to prison January 2007. Lost his appeal last week and as of today served no time in prison.
