Yes! A few grinds of paper not only adds flavor, but if you use a heavy weight it does a good colon scraping! We all need that!

Get a crock pot u can slow cook ur food in there while you are a sleep and heat it up in the microwave you can cook almost any thing in a crockpot i used to cook pork chops and beans while i slept or i would even get a boston butt and put it in there and make bbq the options are endless and then u can bag up the leftovers and keep then cool in ur cooler or freezer i usually cook 2 meals a week in there and they last all week just say bbq-and veg soup u can warm it up the next four or five days and keep switching from one to the other and the next week cook two totally different meals so you dont burn out i can cook 2 meals a week in my crock pot and eat all week for under $30

Can anyone recommend a crockpot that pulls less than 1500 watts while cooking? Im limited to a 1500 watt inverter. Thanks.

I think they sell 12v crock pots, but not sure how good they are.

Yeah, Ive seen those. From what I've heard a lot of those truck stop 12v things don't work too well so I was looking for something different.

Everyone that uses a microwave should do some research on what it does to your food. IT KILL'S EVERY BIT OF NUTRITION that's in your food. It's like eating nothing. Just a filler. Why do you think they call it a NUKE oven ?

No offense but you may want to do a little more research. Like global warming, there is a lot of conflicting info on this. Some say it's bad, some say it's actually better but I find none so bold as to claim the complete loss of nutritional value.

Good or Bad, I refused to nuke Any food period. I use a mini coventional oven, it's take's longer but I know what Im feeding my body. This is MY opinion and I will stick with it. And don't get me wrong either, I know certain resturants and fast food chain's use the micro, that's why I only pick certain food's when I eat out.
