Yep they do. I got them horizontally on mine and they've been that way the past 2 years. It's a muffler for crying out loud I never understood why pitts power says "verticle" only. The only problem with installing them horizontally under a t600 is they are a few inches longer than the original mufflers, maybe that is why..... So there is not enough room for any flex pipe between the end of the muffler and the elbows that turn upwards for the stacks. Which makes getting your stacks evenly set, a pain.

I have an 07 387 with a C15. At idle it sounds like steam escaping shhhh. And my mpg's are still low. Found and fixed 2 leaky bellows on the right side of the CAC. Replaced and had it pressure tested, all good now. Could I need a muffler? I have one single stack behind the cab.
    Thanks!

Yes, you will benefit witha muffler change. You have a slight problem in the fact your muffler is 14" in diameter compared to the replacement mufflers being 10" in diameter. You'll have to do some modifications to your stock muffler mounting brackets to be able to install a good muffler with less restriction. Your stock muffler was designed to be used on 475 Hp or less engine ratings from CAT, otherwise the truck would have been built with twin stacks and mufflers for a 550 Hp rating.

You're right- but the will fit had to go, it was costing hard earned cash in lost fuel mileage. Everything in Joplin's overpriced- but they have to pay for all that expensive advertising and airtime, right?

Are all the mufflers rated by CFM? If so for a single stack on a C15 what CFM should I look for?
