you sure its not coming from one of the window seals in the top of sleeper? mine did the same thing i thought it was the cab/sleeper seal ended up being one of the rubber seals on the sleeper glass.

Something u might check is your top vista windows when I worked on kenworth I found a lot of the time it was the window, rubbers leaking in making it look like the seal between cab an sleeper, best way to check is use aerosol glass cleaner spray all the way around glass an rubber on outside then take an air hose inside an blow around windows that will helP u find leak

i understand what u two are saying. so when the water comes in it will drip down from the area where the cab and sleep are put together but its coming from the windows and running down the inside. i thank u for the input and when the weather warms up this weekend ill get out there and run some silicone around the windows. does it come more from where the rubber is against the metal of the sleeper or where the windows are put into the rubber?

check the rubber trim that goes around the middle of the seal(it might be a chrome trim) if there is a gap where the two ends come together fill the gap with a little silicone adhesive and that should stop your leak.

I have a similar leak problem on my T600. It drips out my interior cab light or runs to the front and drips on my dash...right on top of my cb radio. I've siliconed around the windows in the front of the bunk and aroundthe boot between the cab and sleeper but I still get it coming inside. Any suggestions?

probably leaking from a cab light, the foam seals that are under each light. they get dried out over time and leak. you can replace them or do what i did. drop the head board and silicone the boltholes and wire holes from inside with silicone adhesive like i did.

The cab lights on my T600 are on my visor. I'm thinking I might have to separate the cab and sleeper and replace the boot. Anybody free next weekend??!!

ok i really don't think its the cab seal unless you have the older style modular sleeper. the amount of silicone that is in the seal on an aero cab and the way the channels are, its darn near impossible for it to leak inside. but i guess anything is possible.

Windows or sunroof are my key suspects. I do not see the cab seal leaking. That is a lot of urethane.
konfidential Thanks this.
