Ya I'm going to start with the top sleeper windows and go from there. It confuses me that I sometimes get water dripping out of the dome light above my head in the center of the cab and the next time it drips from the front of the headliner and onto my dash...:biggrin_2552:

mine will come in and either run in from the middle dome light or it will drip down on both side of the cab where the seat belt is.

Mine was leaking in the sleeper, couldn't really pin point where the leak was as the water would come out in different places on different days. So I wound up gutting my interior and pulled the truck outside in a good rain storm and sat in here to see where it was coming from. My factory installed cab lights were leaking, and the windows up top on the sides of the sleeper were leaking.

For the windows I just used the black windshield adhesive around the windows and the frame to sleeper. The only way they will leak now is if the glass gets broken. For the lights I bought five new ones with new gaskets. But when I went to remove the old ones one bolt in each one broke off. You have to have a special tool to remove and replace the insert that the bolts go into. I could not find one of those tools to buy, and it was not worth the cost to KW do it for me. So i just got rid of the lights all together. Ground the busted bolts and inserts down, fiberglassed everything inside and out. And repainted the the top of the sleeper.
