droped three loads off today at Cutrale in Auburndale and there were 7 or 8 IRT guys in there only like two made it out in my full work day....crazy

Bill is my FM. Found out today. Brittany is the good looking 20-something brunette who does Florida outbound.

 

So got unloaded in Shippensburg. I woke up, truck was pouring smoke from the stacks. Check engine light was on and beeping. After I got empty, I left shippensburg and discovered the truck would not go past 45 mph. Tried to do a regeneration. It's not happening. Called the shop. Sent me to a small diesel engine shop in Chambersburg. Apparently the soot trap is clogged, I need a regeneration to get that crap cleared out, but I have two intake value actuators that are going bad and they are what's keeping me from doing a regen. Recommended that I take it to the Cleveland Brothers Caterpillar dealership in Harrisburg. Called the shop, called dispatch, everybody gave me the green light, and to Harrisburg I went. Got to Harrisburg, explained the situation, and was told they were booked up until Monday and would not be able to get to me until then at the earliest. I asked if there were any cheap motels around. They gave me a list. Found the cheapest one, called the shop, they sent me a t-chek express code. Went to the nearby pilot, cashed the t-chek, and now I'm sitting at the Motel 6 in northwest Harrisburg waiting on papa john's to deliver me a pizza.

 

Sorry to hear that Bill is kinda a #### Brittany is 30 something believe it or not she just had a baby a few months ago.

 

Dam!! That sucks!! how far away is a liquor store?

If it's OJ season back home in Florida then they need to put me on some of that and get me out of this Carolina-Pennsylvania shuffle. I don't mind it, I cleared 3200 miles last week, but it's time for a change of scenery.

 

Too far to walk, I'll put it that way.

 

Just wait my friend they will be deadheading trucks into Florida like the rest of the states are on fire to get oj outbound.

 

We all know that truck still runs 45 anyways?
