That's funny since they lost the preliminary hearing and who are you to say it's in the contract which I didn't even get that far genius.
I top gunned gave the other $950 for license and got the hell out of there, one of they're so called trainers almost killed me.
They don't explain the variable mileage in the contract or if you ask several different people which I did.
It's for services that pay for hourly employee's of the company, instead of income from freight revenue,is it for the DM's?(no detailed explanation where over $420 per week goes)$1680 a month based on 3K miles!!
Slush fund sound familiar? Keep on recruiting there you have the "lies" down pat.
your payments; Buy trucks
Variable mileage; pays for revolving account
Insurance pays? CR is self insured
Maintenance pays for the only TRUE charge to you.

So they charge back .14 for the pleasure for working for them ? The carriers profit margin should be thought of before they set o/o pay ( duh) !!! But severial hundred show up each week at each training center !?!

It was thought of before they set up the pay. They just figured they can make some more.

There is always a lot going on at the annual American Trucking Associations Management Conference and Exhibition (Foley Carrier Services is there). Included this year was the election of ATA's 67th Chairman. Dan England ' chairman of Salt Lake City-based C.R. England, Inc. ' was elected, replacing Barbara Windsor, CEO of Hahn Transportation Inc., New Market, Md.Congratulations to Mr. England.
CR England is the face of the American corporate trucking, so shut up and bend over, you can run but you can't hide from the folks ATA represents. BTW, according to Mr. England there is tremendous shortage of truck drivers out there, it holds CR England down. Don't you feel sorry for the guy?AfterShock Thanks this. -
Not all ata members follow lock aand step! Heck
Walmarts a member! -
Just about says it all right there ... so "who's" really running "your" business?
The cheerleaders can argue semantics till their blue in the face - but in the end, some person in an office, hundreds of miles away will be deciding your "income" ... every day, with these lease programs.AfterShock Thanks this. -
So what?.?... You expect them to give you a truck for free so you can go on an owner operator adventure? High credit risk (everyone doing a lease purchase plan) equals a higher cost of doing business. Some people want everything and want it now. Companies will give it to you for a price. Take the time and have the patience to do it the right way then you won't be bothered with what CR England does for whatever reason in their contracts with lease purchase operators.venne Thanks this.

cr england is in court for finding small unfare resons to take your truck or job. if that dont work they will stop your miles so you can not aford to make paments
