I work for them now, I am on a dedicated night run, with that I'm making a minimum 2100 a month, I hate the speed, the truck says 57 but my gps and road radars says im doing 55 loaded and 56 empty, personally I think auburndale works on favortism, some people down got their trucks turned up to 65(day cabs), while we have to be stuck at 57, ive used some trucks that they forgot to turn down, they were still at 60mph, and i got beter fuel millege, overall, they treat me good, love the people i work with, hate the way auburndale is running things, for what we go through at ab, we deserve better

Probably because the CCC out of Florida was founded first? If anyone should be looked at for copyright infringement, its Crete

Yep, Comcar is the parent company. The companies they own are:
    Commercial Carriers
    Willis Shaw
    MCT (becoming part of WSE)
    CT
    CTL
Clay Hyder (now part of WSE)

I think the original company was Commercial Carriers, which would explain the Comcar name I guess...

CCC Commercial Carriers recruiters lie just like any other company. Here are some examples

What they say What you get

"You will get 23-27% of the load"

You get 20% I doubt that includes the FSC

"you can expect to make $ 650-550 in TAKE HOME PAY

I've been here for about 9 months had only one check with take home over $450 and multiple checks under $300 a week. I'm not placed on stand-by very often either. These benefits are expensive too

"Training pay is $9.50 an hr."

Its true! Also this is the amount you will be paid for city spotting for a day after you've finished training!

You get $10 for every trailer you bring to the Brewery "Take one from the yard each morning, and then the empty you return from your distributor! That will add up to over $100 Extra a week!

$9.50, only for taking an empty from the yard. If you can find one, IF it is clean and IF it is road ready.

OK, here are some good things about riding with CCC transportation:

There is no "How is my driving? call 1-800-GET-LOST". printed on the door of your trailer. Most people will assume you work for AB. And will call them to complain about how a 56 mph bud light truck cut them off while they were traveling @ 85mph!

The 56.5 mph governed daycabs gives you more more time to look & enjoy scenery.

The 25-30 year old trailers make you feel proud about the history of CCC / Comcar!

The high turnover rate give you a chance to meet a lot of new people, 'experience diversity" , and the feeling that the company would struggle without you riding behind the wheel.
