We're supposed to cut these morons "some slack" while they drag this industry into the toilet?
He's probably one of the buffoons that come on here and babble on about how he and his "well schooled" bretheren are going to fix the industry that all of us older drivers "supposedly" wrecked!

Look close at the picture boys and girls...That's what BFI training gets you!

I think he's (If you're talking about Rags) one of those AG drivers running 99 from Bakersfield to SAC.....
You know the ones hauling rotten tomatoes or rotten citrus....Running like the load was supposed to be there yesterday......Driving the rig like it was a 4-Wheeler...

Have no clue why owner operators crash so much, could it be lack of training or just plain ignorance?

See guys, stupid comments can be made about any group of truckers, be it company drivers, lease drivers or OO.... It comes down to personal safety, training and experience. It has nothing to do with who they drive for or if they could afford to buy a truck.

    And your point?

I'll wager if you pull the statistics...O/O's have a lower Mod Rate than company drivers....
O/O's have this thing that if they get into an accident...The rig goes into the shop..they sit and not make money....
A company driver gets into an accident (Non-chargeable) and totals a rig....They just get into another company truck and be on their merry way....

That and 25 cents will get you a speeding ticket in NY.

It's called "Too fast for conditions".

While the bride may have been dark. That sign certainly wasn't.
