    Kinda wishing now my course was 24 weeks, I am being rushed through shifting, I kinda have the double clutch and up shifting down, after only getting 2 hours practice today, but only an hour of downshifting and I am doing horrible on that.

    heres what helped me. if you get a chance, sit in the truck with the engine off, and practice double clutching and shifting up and down. just find any 2 gears it will go in and practice, this will form what my instructor called muscel memory, you from then it will be almost natural.

    Cool - thanks for the advice, will try to jump in the pre trip trucks and do that if they arent taken.

    heres some photos of my truck. just got it :) the international aint as purdy as the freightliner.... but the cat under the hood more then makes up for that :D
