I just started orientation on last sunday 11-20-11. I just got hired this morning at 10:00. what a releif man. The physical was quite rigorus and then the agility test was unreal, they put you through the ringer for sure. I'm back home now for Thanksgiving but have to be back on the rock Saturday at 7:00 am for load securement in the barn. Definately alot of homework and for sure be on time. Oh yeah don't walk on the grass. I will be staying at the galloway hotel next week because the next class is huge from what I hear. I'm proud to be a MAVERICK, BOOM!!!!!!!!
jxu417 Thanks this. -
Congratulations big Wheeler. Welcome to the maverick family.

wheeler...if they send you to the company store for knee pads...DONT be the last one back into class.....thell ask you "where have you been"....lol...TAKE NOTES....all tests are open book.....
jxu417 Thanks this. -
Man those knee pads come in handy sooner or later. Glad I got some. They are just cheap ones but they do they job. You can buy more expensive pads at WalMart that would probably be a bit more comfortable but if your cheap like me you'll make do with Mavericks store pads

LOL bjb2448, I'll be sure and remember that. Thanks for the welcome and have a great Thanksgiving.

"Take notes". Best advice ever. Those notes should be kept handy in your truck, too. And they will be more up to date than the maroon binder.
jxu417 Thanks this. -
So the next class will be HUGE you hear Big Wheeler?? Well I am thrilled to say that I will be in that orientation class!!! Maybe I will see you there.
