    My hubby just started driving and is with his trainer now. I saw this site and thought it was great to hear what others in the profession are saying.

    Welcome to the site, I myself am new to this site, and have found a lot of good and interesting information. I am now in truck driving school, I've already got my prehire and tuition paid to drive for JBS Carriers. My husband has also been hired. This is a whole new adventure for me! :biggrin_2556: We both are looking forward to being on the road together as team drivers.

    We had talked for years about doing it as a team. But, unfortunately certain health problems prevent me from getting my CDL now. I can still ride with him though. He got on with Maverick. They are sending him home for Thanksgiving then back for 3 or so weeks with the trainer again. If everything goes right he will bring his truck home for Christmas. Good luck to you both.     Nice to see a few ladies on here. I'm new to this whole thing too. Spouse leaves tomorrow for orientation. I'm back home holding down the fort, raising up the kids, and finishing my degree.
