I tried to call Caldwell and could not get an answer.
I am going with daughter to Knoxville next weekenf for a cheer compitition so I will try to line up something with them for next Friday.
It seems to be in the front tires.
Thanks

I had three different 387's as a company driver, 2 from the time they were brand new. I never did get more than a 100k miles out of steers on those trucks. They were always heavy in the front and hard on steers. Having pretty much the same trouble with my T600 so I feel the pain. Thinking about g range load rated steer next time.

I replaced my XZA3's with all position XZE's...
The XZE has a little stouter casing and I need to replenish my casing stock since I am almost out of stock for retreading. Some of my casing have their third retread on them... that's just about all you could ask for.
I really like these tires on the steer... lots of tread depth gives a really smooth ride and I will pull them off at about 60K or so (to use on my drives or trailer) and buy another pair.
I run XZE's on my trailer and drives in the summer, too. -
I don't care what u were told before, NEVER PUT RECAPS OR REMOULDS
on your steers. These can blow at anytime! Very dangerous ! Even here in nazi Europe they are not illegal but I went across the road when one blew and a friend rammed a car with a mother and child, lucky they survived ! These are for trailers! You may not agree with me but just think about it, to me it's like drink driving! -
He is not running caps on the front, running them down to cap for the drives and trailer>>>

@rollin coal.. I was actually running light on my steers. Runing at 77-78K I had 10.5 on the steers and 34 and 34 on drives and trailer with seven holes back on the trailer.
Rode good and smooth for the weight.
Had a group of ..well lets just say south of the border guys load me one evening late, 41 pallets well passed the 48 foot mark. I was not watching the first part of the loading and never did understand the pallet count and how far back it was being loaded.
Had to weigh befor and after loading. closest scales were about an hour away.
Weight was 10K more on the trailer than the drives>>>>>
well to make this halfway right I had to mess up my set up.
Now I am a little heavier on the steers than I would like to be.
I am going to try to get my set up right again tomorrow.
I need to back the fith wheel up about 3 notches. It is a little long but rides good that way.
