December 5th, I have Orientation with American Central Transport as a lease operator. 98cpm with hazmat and 94cpm without. Living in Nashville i am told i can get through the house pretty often, and that as an owner/op if i ever need to go home early for whatever reason, i can. Perk of being owner op. THATS WHAT THEY ALL SAY. If you work for them as a lease/purchase driver, let me know whats really going on with them BEFORE i go all the way out there and get into something that i cant get out of. I dont know much about lease/purchase because i have been an owner op for family members since i started driving. I want to do my own thing but not with a bad company. I hear alot of good things about them but like i said i need to know whats its really like. Miles, Dipatchers, Freight, Main areas your in the most, Trucks (owner operator spec or plane jane), General good working environment? Thank yall and Merry Christmas.

I don't know that company but I have tirded 2 lease outfits and got took to the cleaners on both. I can't say I have heard anyone that has a lease for any real lenght of time have much good to say about it. That's not saying there isn't one out there, it's like hens teeth hard to find. Yes I did read the contract b4 anyone goes mouthing off, but thay have lawers write those contracts for a reason. Best advice " BUYER BEWARE"
