I'm signing on with company (not SNI) because they were also very honest with me. They told me upfront when frieghts slow I may be out 6 weeks to get me home, just because of routing. I like it when they tell me the truth even though it's not what I want to hear.

Make sure everthing is in writing and than get it notarized, and than had it to a lawyer, cause either way you are screwed.

Went up and took a tour of the training center/terminal today, and everything that i was shown looked pretty normal

I did talk to several different people about the guaranteed position deal and all of them said i will be guaranteed a home run or dedicated or regional (whichever i choose) as long as there is a current opening when i sign up, and the guarantee is given in writing.

I'm scheduled for an over the phone interview on thursday, the lady i spoke with said the only thing after that will be my backround and driving record, and after that they will get me signed up to start training.

one thing that I am not happy about is even though i live local to the training facility and i will be staying at my apartment and feeding myself and providing my own transportation, I will still be charged $500 for lodging/meals under the tuition agreement. (thats bull #### if you ask me) I'm giving serious thought to staying in the hotel even though i dont have to just so they have to actually pay for a hotel for me since i'm being charged for the #### thing either way

Ok there is the kicker, did they tell you that you don't offically sign up until after training and then they have ya because you owe for the training and SNI's is rather expensive if you don't work part of it off and then you still owe after 18 months.

NO, they told me that the position will be guaranteed to me before i go through training or sign any contracts or tuition agreements, once i go through training the position will be waiting for me upon graduation.

    Hey, Brian

I went to training in Dallas back in 02. I met my good friend there that I ended up teaming with. I since left SNI, and he stayed with them. He is a trainer there now, so I can give him a holler about any q's you may have.
