The last couple of weeks have been rough with all the truck problems and me losing my fuel card and readjusting after being at home for thanksgiving and on and on and on. It really hasn't been bad but it's just a buildup of several things.

 

i can help ya with that but just know i quit 3 weeks ago so if they have changed things i may not know about.

but i do know the ins and outs about that place

 

Does anybody know if you can use points on your flying j card to get a shower if you don't have any shower credits? I have a ton of points that I haven't used and I'd rather use them than spend 9 bucks.

 

Just take your card up to the fuel desk. Tell them that you would like to buy a shower .

 

stabob that would be great if i can get some inputs cause the local dispatch they send me out to shuttle milk from belleview to lakeland then i call night dispatch and let them know im going home they are like what are you doing so i tell them and he says well we show you doing something else so im like wtf

 

i hear ya on all that act im sorry your having such a rough time dont loose hope... i seen you the other day at the terminal i was on my way out and it looked like you were comming in you were at the fuel pumps but by the time i realized who it was i gone already... so did you get a new fuel card??

 

Don't think you even need to go to the desk. Just run your card as usual and it should have a msg something like this " no shower credits available, do you wish to use points? "

Dropped at Borden in WH and bobtailed to yard. They didn't have any empties. Got in the car, drove to the Haines city pilot and got a shower. If I could have gotten here a lot earlier I would have gone home for the night. It's 6am...hopefully when I wake up later I won't feel so run down. Slept half the day yesterday waiting for my load and still felt dead by the time I got here. Not sure what the problem is.
