Former Swift trucking school students win court battle

Actually I was apart of this whole SWIFT scandal. I received the same letter in the mail and a letter from the lawyers. They actually only gave 90 days to retest and pass all our test over again. And I know that there was a BIG investigation into the WHOLE Memphis terminal. How you might ask, 1. I was working there and 2. my mom had been working from this terminal for about 15 years. They found SWIFT drivers running Mary Jane across the Mexican border and drivers that couldn't even speak let alone read English.
