My Dac with boyd

Ok, this is my second time writing this so I am going to shorten it more. Worked for Boyd for 11 months and one week. Now it is time for my physical renewal. I didn't pass this time. MY fault. Guys...Take care of yourselves somehow. Anyways, I didn't pass the blood pressure 153/100, now I have a cpap and it is 126/73. So now I am thinking, good back on the road. I start filling out different apps just to see if the grass really isn't greener on the other side of the fence, and left and right I am being shot down. So I call Boyd and they had put on my DAC that I was discharged.
My discussion with Jack from safety was more like just go get help from your doctor, nothing about you need to turn in your keys.
I was really worried about my health at this point so I say, I think I am just going to get off the road for a while and take care of my health. He said, come on back when you get it straightened out. I said, sure. I didn't know they put it as a discharge on my DAC.
My question now is: why do I have to be turned down for getting my health back on track? Why didn't they just put quit on the DAC, that's what I thought I was doing.
Is it supposed to be classified as a DISCHARGE when you fail the physical?
I thought they were giving me time to get it corrected, and when I turned them down they turn it into a negative on my DAC. Is it your FM that puts this on your DAC?
I liked working there. I had recieved there 50,000 safe miles reward and was working on my next fifty thousand. I like flatbed and hope to return. I am not writing this to discourage anyone from driving for Boyd, just watch your own back and be proactive. I might have had this DAC issue resloved by now. Be safe.

 

Lol, Boyd set me up for a rehire. Now I just have to find a good FM. Mine switched departments. See you on the road.
