Tetreau Transport

Tetreau started new contract and did not inform me. Took massive amounts of money from settlement for trlr use, ins, misc and this escrow fund I know nothing about. They owe me well over 2K at this point. They are not even available today for last 4 hrs, direct to voice mail.

You are gonna love this. I had a TOP for 90 days there in FL. I called and asked status of plate and cab card. They said it's here, or on the way to your house. This was 70 day mark on TOP. Got to Columbus, Ohio. I called and left a couple of messages. They called back and informed me that in fact the plate had never been applied for! I paid for the plate from my settlement first 5 weeks, they had my money for this. In columbus at 100 days they gave me this news. Then they tried to pressure me to take load home. No way, so I sat in London ohio 8 days waiting for plate.

Probably should avoid getting hired or even talking to these folks. Their new contract is really full of dodge-outs and loop-holes.

It is kind of funny that you keep saying that all of these posts AGAINST Tetreau Transport sound the same. It is because they keep SCREWING PEOPLE over and over again the same way. Doesn't it make you stop and think that if the post all sound the same it is TRUE??? Atleast some or ALL OF IT?? Why would one person create several user names just to bash one company? Tetreau Transport is crooked!!

I think it is dumb that I have to post 7 messages before sending a private message, but I will. I am looking for a lawyer in Bad Axe, MI who will take my case against Tetreau Transport.

I think that those that are owed money by Tetreau Transport should get together and file one BIG lawsuit. For those of you who say to contact the FBI in Florida....How will that help in getting our money? This is a civil case not criminal sort of!

I am not afraid to speak out against this company. Scott thinks he is smarter then the truckers and will say anything to keep the truckers quiet. He lies and their new employee John lies too!

I think anyone considering working for this company should do their research online and look at trucker forums like this one. Do NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

I think that companies should be honest with their employees/contractors. Not be in it to line their pockets and steal from them!! Do not believe this company when it says your trailer deposit will go into an ESCROW account. THere is not one and it will not see one!

 

Call Paul "Opie" Taylor. He's in MN, but he practices all over and specializes in company abuse of drivers. I believe he works on contingency. Worst that can happen is he won't take your case. I don't have his number, but you can look him up on the 'net.

 

They were part of Translogic Auto Carriers/Showtyme...that is two that I know of at this moment. Both companies shut down and filed bankruptcy!

And there are MANY people that would create a bunch of accounts to bang on a company. This is a very competitive business.

fbi wont do anything they are to busy shopping for the holidays. must be nice to do that! I CANT BELIEVE DOT HASNT SHUT THEM DOWN YET. OR THE IRS HASNT AUDITED THEM. IRS, DOT,ATTORNEY GENERAL OF FLORIDA READ THESE FORUMS. look at their nice condos,homes and expensive cars these band of crooks drive and live in. look at the poor drivers that have lost it all because of them. i hope other drivers that heed to what people are saying about them BECAUSES IT IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE! THEY WILL ROB YOU and not give you load sheets, by law they are suppose to i guess they must be destroying paper trails because they are skimming on load pay. if not then where are the load sheets to back it up. fed ex go work for them and find out their crediability. call labor board in florida maybe you will get some of your pay.

It is kind of interesting to me why they opened the company in Florida anyway instead of Bad Axe, Michigan, where they are. Could that be because they aren't welcome to open and business in Michigan? Does that town already know their BS? Why did Russ Jr., their dispatcher, recently moved to Hebron, IN and is still doing the same job but working out of his house. Are they swindling too much money that they can't afford for him to stay in Florida anymore?? Kind of interesting.

 

like father like scum. probably getting ready to book again. they have screwed too many people in mi. thats why they dont move their bus there. probably have run out of drivers in fl. everyone caught on to them. call fl labor board see if you can get some of your money back. they are trolls but ive seen worst too. i cant believe someone hasnt reported to the IRS they have no paper work as far as orig. load sheets to back up revenue. never once saw a load sheet. well we know now where their heading too. indiana

 

Have any of you checked the taxation practices of Michigan lately? I can't say I blame anybody for not setting up camp in Michigan. I know I wouldn't.

Heck, I won't base Taiowa in Oregon despite that being my home for many years. I can't afford to base in Oregon, with the high taxes and draconian laws. I moved my residence and business base to Texas.
