Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

Man, my 3rd replaced of TNd 710 won't turn on. I had 3 or 4 TND 700 replacement before.
Sold my Tnd 700 and hoped that 710 would be different. However it's not.
I'm sick of calling to get replacement especially when im on the road then head back to home to get it.
I love the gps and software overall. However, reliablity of Rand mcnally is worse than anything i have ever used. I guess tomorrow i will call to customer service and get refund. but im almost sure they wont issue me one, because it's cheaper to send me a used and repaired(well, kind of) tnd 710.

 

Hello I have posted here before and never received a reply from mark but I though I would give it another try. Is there away to save a point in the address book on the 710 that will save the point not jump a block away or even to to the closes address. I mean really most docks don't have address but on main office not the entry point to load or unload! This is a pain in the &)$;&) so if there is a way please tell me how. If there isn't please add feature to the tnd I have used tell rand and again no response please let me know something

 

Mark do you know when a Maps update will be available for the 510.

Hey Mark. I have the 710. The TA in Rockwall,Tx on I30 exit 68 isnt showing up. And it isnt new.
