I'm tethered right now and I don't pay them for it.

 

You must have an android or a jail broke iPhone. I want to do it but don't want to brick my phone

 

Nope. I've got pdanet on my regular droid x2. It's just an app like any other.

 

I have unlimited data, for phone and tethering.

Well la-dee-da! I wish we could all just drop our contracts and go to sprint!

 

My contract is grandfathered unlimited and the boss has an iphone on sprint. Mine rarely doesn't work, his rarely works. I think I'll stay where I am.

 

We were supposed to be grandfathered but that didn't happen. They somehow snagged us.

 

That sucks. I'd call them and complain. They aren't supposed to change an existing contract when you renew it.

Yeah of course I held off getting a phone with data plan till after they changed. It's funny how for years my kids had al the bells and whistles on here phones but mamma told daddy you don't need all that stuff but when I finally wore her down I told her see if I would have got it last year I would have been good she didn't like that.
