Shame on you for keeping the road safe. [All the drivers turn their back to you] :biggrin_2559:

Give it a day or two, maybe he'll have second thoughts about running down the road like a donkey!

A driver like that probably doesn't even know CSA2010 even exists. He'll find out soon enough.

    You're not????????:biggrin_2551:

Can't tell you how many times I must I have stopped that same driver, or at least one that says the same thing. "I promise I will get it fixed as soon as I get back." It amazes me, some seem not to give two sheets until they get stopped and then it dawns on them Had two drivers yesterday for 20 over. Both tell me "I have never had a ticket before for anything." After 5 minutes of checking databases and court systems, they had plenty of tickets. In fact I had wrote one a number of years ago. The one driver had two outstanding tickets in my State that had him suspended. He then asks me, "What does this do to my company? How's that new thing C.....S......I don't remember what it is called?"

If people are that stupid they don't deserve to be on the road full stop.

What I find amusing is, some drivers who agree with the stops and OOS's our resident gendarmes tell us about can be found in other threads saying what BS it is that this stuff is being tracked.

Here, CSA seems to be pretty okay. When a driver says CSA bit him in the butt, it's not. Even when it can be shown the truck needed to be placed OOS.

No, sounds like that one could get all day. I hardly get anyone that tells me the truth right off the bat. If I get one that is truthful from the get go, he's the one that gets the warnings. Most everyone I stop or come in contact with is untruthful. If I get a driver that says,"you got me I know I was running 80. Had a lot on my mind, had this, had that...." That's the guy I cut a break. The one that lies, argues and B$&**(# at me about everything under the sun,......well

Now I know why you dont post a picture of yourself,,everyone you supposedly pulled over would say,,,,

    MAN YAH GOT ME,IM SORRY

Dude I been reading your posts for months and most of them usually made my head shake:biggrin_25513:,,but this one is by far your best case of :biggrin_25513: yet

Back in my hammerin' days when we used to run the triple digit trucks, I got pulled over by a NYS Bear at 3AM with the speedo sitting all the way at the bottom of the dial - 80mph was at about 4:30.

Bear walks up and sez, "What do you think you were doing?":biggrin_2554:

"Well, :biggrin_25524::biggrin_25524: , we just broke her in, and I was seein' what she would do....."

He looked at me silent for about 5 seconds, I just shrugged my shoulders and smiled.

I got a warning. Even after the bears 2 backup cars had showed up.

What was I gonna say anyway? The truth was a whole lot simpler.

80 in a 75 at the bottom of a hill is not a big deal. Racking up points for a marker light coming unplugged while you were driving, on the other hand, is re-tarded.
