I heard all the BCO's that had been at LS for a while had the other contracts. Ran into a driver in Oregon ho was still under the older contract. Says when he takes a load they have to ask what contract he is under. He also said that the reason everyone is seeing us new Inway guys out there with the low truck numbers is because they were originally looking at dumping Inway and just running under the one banner, but to many incidents lowers the company rating, so they started putting everyone under Inway to balance the score out.

Ha! Crafty...should've never closed TLC and Ligon then.

No one ask, and no one knows. More rumors.

Inway was down to a few old timers and they were dwindling. Their safety rating fell, and they lost A&E authority. All the A&E teams were forced to go over to Ranger. They started adding Inway drivers, including vans to get the safety rating back where it should be. Last I knew, Inway still doesn't have A&E authority and I imagine LS is going to keep it on Ranger to avoid another incident like that. I'm sure that was pretty embarrassing.

I know, I wanted to find out if anyone else had heard that, apparently not. Its all good. I have only been at LS for 4 months now, Got the system down pretty good, just trying to work to get my niche.

Average LS BCO gross revenue 2010... $162,000 per Yahoo Finance reports. My gross revenue last year... $174,000 and targeted to exceed $185,000 this year. No contest. And I don't have to track down loads, pay for trailer rentals and other nickel and dime stuff. Just $10 a week for the qualcomm. Plus, when fueling at Flying J in LaSalle, Il on Friday... $.49 discount off of cash pump price. Factoring out state fuel tax... fuel cost 3.06 a gallon. Home every weekend and holiday.
Work smarter, not harder. -
When I was about to go to their orientation in September they already had me pegged to Inway pulling a dry van. Always thought that was Ranger doing dry van. My buddy pulls vans and he's with Ranger.

Comparing fleet avg. to what your truck does/did is ignorant, if you compare it to what FCC's fleet avg. is you would have a better arguement.
What is your gross per mile, net per mile and cost per mile? By the way, unless you own your trailer you're paying for it, one way or another. -
How did this get off onto an argument about who makes more? I simply asked if you were a BCO to say hello on this thread so I can get to know you and develop a relationship. Go beat your chest about "how much more you make somewhere else."
BigBadBill, alex94 and Old Man Thank this.
