My husband and I just bought our own truck. We are looking for a good company to lease onto, however, my husband has a felony conviction. We looked at CRST, but they said no because of the length of time since his last charge, which was 2005.
He pulls a flat bed. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Does he have recent experience? Why not try that company?
If not, you may try setting someone else up as the main driver and have your husband be the second half of a team. Greg at Eagle Training Services in Lake of the Hills, IL has been trying to set something like this up for people in your husband's position. He might have some insight. -
Try Mercer. My buddy works there, he makes really good money. And he barely works. Lol. Be glad malone didn't lease him on. Also check Blair logistics in Birmingham.

Yes he has 20+ years experience in flatbedding. CRST outright said no. Do you have a contact number for Greg?

Email me your contract information. bill@farm2fleet.com We are looking for someone with flatbed experience. We are training a new flatbedder but not in position to train someone else.
Depending on issue and total record we may be able to work with you. I know some of the big companies just have black and white guidelines. Being smaller we can look at people on a case by case basis.SHC and bamanation Thank this. -
I cant understand why you didnt contact companies and ask about the felony BEFORE you bought the truck. This would have, perhaps kept you out of this situation.
