    I made it, now all I'm waiting on is my training coordinater to assign me a trainer. I've been waiting for 6 hours...#### *%$!#&es

    what alot of people don't understand is because you're invited to orientation,doesn't mean you have a job.it basically means you're invited to a 2 to 5(depending on the company)job interview.now after that,you're still waiting to be hired,that's not right.if your waiting on a trainer,it happens.could be a trainers student needed too stay on the truck for awhile,etc..patience is a virtue.

    Be patient......there are some students that wait a week or more, depending on what they want in a trainer (male/female, smoker/nonsmoker)

    Well I've been training w/ my trainer for 2 weeks now. Everything is working out pretty good. Usx has done everything they said they would and I'm really liking the business so far. Kinda feel bad for my trainer...she hit a swifty at a truck stop a few hours ago. The trailer jus put a thumb size scratch on the drivers mirror. Dude was hot! I was the spotter cause she said it was too tight for me to back into, so she did. Dude got out his truck screaming "this is a brand new truck, I haven't had it 6 months!" Blah blah blah. I feel bad cause I was spotting...hell I didn't know.

    Even tho you were the spotter your trainer was still responsible. She should have GOALed.

    I am to go to US xpress end of month. Any comments on how they are? Is physical test difficult. DO they have good trainers for females? Appreciate any info.
