    Unless you have switched companies, your company has a very high equipment score as well for the same time frame. It is actually just a tiny bit higher.:biggrin_25524:

    Just on a side note, don't get too comfortable looking at the percentile ranks for the CSA Basic's for a company. At some point in time it's going to be misleading.

    That's true at face value and is the company line at the FMCSA however in the real world it's not a reality.

    We have LOST business and were denied NEW business based on our score. I saw the email from the shipper denying us NEW business because of our score.

    In chemicals it is a mainstay of big shippers to use this as well as anything else they can get their hands on to "rate" their for hire carriers. This can be anything from giving you a numerical score ( in house ) that determines which scale you will be paid to outright disqualifing you from pulling their product.
