Hours of service hangs in limbo, for now

FMCSA should not be put out of service but should be forced to drive a truck for one month working for some dispatcher handling just in time loads that does not pay attention to all the road construction going on and thinks there will never be a backup caused by traffic or accidents.

At the end of the day Industry Stakeholders will decide if this goes forward or not if it makes them $$ you can expect changes if does not then you will continue to see this song and dance show until they figure out how to make it profitable.
