Is there any way other way to get the map updates other then ordering it off the web. I tried twice with to different cards and it would not go through. When I mentioned this to customer service they said to check with my credit card company. I.E being lazy, after all I was able to use the cards on other web sites.

I don't think they want to sell them otherwise they would have me call them or call me and let me order it over the phone.

My 710 is working fine but little things like this make me lean to another manufacturer if it does fail.

I got the 510 ten about 2 weeks ago. I love it sofar but its already got a line of dead pixels running horizontally about a inch from the top of the screen.

Promo card? To be honest i never looked at the paperwork with this thing lol. Just exchanged it for another one but i dont see anything but the warrenty card?

 

Mark this my have been said before but please make sure the next update . I895 tunnel in Baltimore MD has a 96" max wide no 102 trls. lucky for me I just got a warning. I looked in the Rand Map book and it does not have the max listed either just says has restrictions. There are signs but I missed them.
